The Role

• No cold calling. Our affiliation with trade unions means our prospective clients know we are going to call
• Talking to trade union members/existing customers over the phone about insurance products
• All of our products are sold on a non-advised basis.
• Need to commit to a minimum of 14 hours a week

The Perks

• Base salary is £7 pounds an hour, guaranteed
• Hourly rate goes up depending on your sales to £9 or £11 an hour plus you get commission for every sale you make
• Daily, weekly, monthly incentives with prizes including cash vouchers, iPods and iPads
• Work in between 1:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday to Friday, with the option of doing half shifts or full shifts and getting to choose your shifts a month in advance

• Thorough initial training as well as continuous support and development
• Access to working in other departments within the company such as marketing, customer services and IT if you are successful in the role
